Shipping and Refunds Policy

Our shipping and refunds policy is intended to ensure transparency in the provision of digital services and ticketing through the GetOut platform.

1. Provision of Services (Shipping)

As GetOut is a digital platform, there is no physical shipping of products. After purchase confirmation of a ticket or subscription, access to the service is immediately available in the mobile application or sent to the registered email via a digital ticket (QR Code).

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests for paid tickets are processed according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by the Organization: If the event is cancelled or postponed, the user is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, processed through the platform.
  • Withdrawal by the User: Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page, tickets are non-refundable for user withdrawal, as provided by law for leisure services with a determined date.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions (e.g., Basic or Pro Plan) can be cancelled at any time, ceasing renewal in the following period. No partial refunds are made for periods already settled.
